The Tamiya 14104 YZR-M1 U.S. Inter-coloring model kit pays tribute to Yamaha racing history and commemorates the marque's 50th anniversary at the 2005 U.S. MotoGP. This 1/12 scale replica captures the bold yellow and black strobe scheme that echoes the YZR500 which secured three straight 500cc championships from 1978 to 1980. Precision Engine and Chassis Detail

Newly developed moulds reproduce the inline 4-cylinder engine, main frame and rear shock with fine detail. After assembly the side and seat cowling can be removed to reveal the internal mechanical layout. Realistic synthetic rubber tires with Michelin logos and accurate decals are included to enhance authenticity.
