Upgrade Your SDX with a Robust Center Gear Differential

The Serpent 500609 Center Gear Differential Set is built to improve the handling balance of 1/10 scale SDX buggies. The kit features a composite 86T spur gear to smooth power transfer versus a traditional center slipper, and the diff unit uses 10T and 18T internal gears with a composite crossshaft and hardened spring steel outdrives for long life under load.

Track Tuning and Setup

This differential gives tuners a straightforward platform to change handling feel. Start with 5000 cts silicone oil and alter viscosity to suit surface grip and driving style for better cornering control and predictable throttle response.
