Precision Savox SB-2272MG Brushless Metal Gear Servo

The Savox SB-2272MG is a brushless digital servo built for RC hobbyists who demand accurate, repeatable control and long service life. With 12-bit (4096) resolution the unit provides smooth incremental movement for steering and throttle, while the brushless motor delivers fast actuation with efficient power draw to keep runtimes practical.

Built for Tough RC Applications

A full aluminium case improves heat dissipation and maintains stable operation under load. The compact, lightweight layout combined with hardened metal gears supplies the strength required for demanding uses like 1/8 and 1/10 scale trucks and buggies, large aircraft control surfaces, or 700 class helicopter rudders. The servo is manufactured using environmentally conscious processes for reduced waste.

For hobbyists upgrading steering or control surfaces, the Savox SB-2272MG delivers dependable speed, precise resolution, and eco-aware manufacturing in a compact package.

The SB-2272MG follows common compact servo dimensions and will fit many 1/8 truck mounts, but check your chassis mounting pattern and available height before installing.
Higher supply voltage within the servo rating improves speed and torque; many users run 6.0V to 7.4V for faster actuation while ensuring their ESC and battery can supply steady current.
Periodic inspection and light application of a quality gear lubricant will reduce wear. Avoid overloading the servo and protect it from water and grit to extend gear life.
