Race-Ready Precision with the Sanwa PGS-CL2

For club racers and competitive hobbyists seeking dependable steering and throttle response, the Sanwa PGS-CL2 Servo is engineered to perform. This low-profile unit blends compact size with the robustness needed for serious track use. Whether refining lap times or sharpening handling, the PGS-CL2 brings tight, repeatable control to your model.

Brushless Drive and Metal Gear Reliability

The core of the Sanwa PGS-CL2 is a brushless motor that improves durability and efficiency under sustained use. Housed in a full aluminium case to aid heat dissipation, the servo also uses full metal gears to withstand high loads during aggressive driving.

Programmable Tuning and Radio Support

The PGS-CL2 supports Sanwa SXR (SANWA XTREME RESPONSE) mode and SSL, allowing fine tuning to match different driving styles. It integrates with CODE 10 systems like the M12S, EXZES ZZ and MT-44 for straightforward setup with modern Sanwa transmitters.

Torque, Speed and Weather Resistance

Designed for demanding RC use, the PGS-CL2 produces 16.6 kg/cm of torque at 7.4V and reacts in 0.08 sec/60 degrees at that voltage, giving quick, accurate inputs on track. Its waterproof rating equivalent to IPX4 protects against splashes, so light wet conditions will not immediately sideline the servo.

The Sanwa PGS-CL2 is a compact, race-capable servo for drivers who need precise, repeatable control and robust construction in a small footprint.

Installation follows standard low-profile servo dimensions, so it fits most 1/10 touring and rally mounts. Check servo horn fit and clearance before final mounting.
Run the servo at 7.4V for its peak torque and speed ratings, using a reliable BEC or external power source to avoid voltage sag during heavy steering loads.
The servo will work with standard PWM radio outputs, but full programmability via SXR or SSL features requires compatible Sanwa CODE 10 transmitters for advanced tuning.
After exposure to water, dry connectors and the exterior, and run the servo briefly in a dry area to help evaporate any moisture. IPX4 offers splash protection but not full immersion resistance.
