The Rapide P10W uses 3.0mm high-grade USA graphite for the main chassis and lower pod plate, reducing weight while increasing stiffness where it matters. A graphite front bumper and a floating servo plate add durability and help keep the chassis reactive under load.
Key structural parts are upgraded to 7075 aluminum, including a new front suspension mount plate and a black anodized steering turnbuckle for precise geometry control. The aluminum top plate permits quick center damper angle adjustments for fast setup changes between sessions.

Rear-end stability comes from a dual graphite rear pod plate and a dual screws clamp lock type wheel hub to keep wheel alignment secure. The 7075 aluminum motor mount and rear bulkhead provide a rigid mounting platform for efficient power transfer.
