Precision lightweight pinion for T4 2017 setups

The XRAY 305913 Narrow Pinion Gear uses aircraft-grade duraluminum to cut weight and width while keeping strength. It is 1.5mm slimmer and about 25% lighter than a standard pinion, which helps reduce rotating mass and improve throttle response in T4 2017 rigs.

Manufacture and surface treatment

Machined on a specialised gear cutter, each pinion receives careful chamfering and a hardcoat finish to preserve tooth geometry and lower wear. The result is smoother engagement and less audible gear noise when matched with XRAY spur gears.

Built for the XRAY T4 2017 series, this narrow pinion mates with compatible spur gears to deliver steady power transfer and crisper acceleration. Its reduced mass can also improve handling by lowering drivetrain inertia.
