The Mr.Hobby GSI-C182 Flat Clear is a lacquer-based 10ml finish from the Mr.Color range that gives model builders a reliable low-sheen coat. It is formulated to produce a smooth flat surface that reduces shine on painted parts and miniatures.

Best Uses for This Flat Clear

This flat clear is not intended for polycarbonate RC shells, but it works very well on styrene, resin and painted figure surfaces to tone down gloss and create more natural-looking models.

Application Notes

Apply with a brush or through an airbrush in a well-ventilated area, and make sure surfaces are clean and fully dry first. The 10ml size covers small to medium tasks; thin only with a suitable lacquer thinner if needed and test on scrap first.
