Kyosho UMB06LW precision shell tuned for Ultima RB7 handling

The Kyosho UMB06LW is a purpose-built lightweight polycarbonate body for the Ultima RB7. At 0.6mm thickness it cuts roughly 8 grams of mass, which helps sharpen steering response and preserve stability when landing jumps. This shell is a solid option for hobbyists wanting a measurable handling change without heavy modifications.

Lower mass for quicker reaction

Made from durable polycarbonate, the Kyosho UMB06LW prioritises reduced weight to aid acceleration and nimble control. The lighter profile helps the car settle faster after air time and keeps the chassis balanced over uneven sections, benefiting drivers who favour precision steering and predictable behaviour.

Adaptable fit for mixed circuits

Whether you run smooth tarmac or mixed-surface club tracks, the Kyosho UMB06LW body provides consistent handling traits. It is shaped to mount on the Ultima RB7 chassis with straightforward trimming at factory cut lines, giving racers a flexible shell for tuning their setup.

Remark :
Due to limited stock availability, please notice that some Kyosho items may have to order from the factory and the ready time is around 4-6 weeks. Customer purchases the item is assumed to accept the waiting time which allows us to order directly from the manufacturer if the item is out of our warehouse.
The Kyosho UMB06LW is designed for the Ultima RB7; most fits only need standard trimming at mounting points and the usual cut lines. Test-fit before final mounting.
The 0.6mm thickness balances lightness and resilience. It performs well in racing conditions but treats it as a lightweight shell rather than a heavy-duty body.
Removing about 8 grams helps the car settle faster after jumps and reduces pitch, which improves consistency through technical sections.
