The FRP material gives measured flex compared to carbon, delivering a compromise between compliance and stability. Each kit includes soft, medium and hard plates so you can test combinations and settle on the best feel for corner entry and mid-corner grip.

When to fit these plates

Made for the Kyosho MR-03 platform, the MZW410 plates suit club racers and hobbyists aiming to improve lap times through setup work. Use the softer plates for tighter courses that need more traction and the harder plates when you need reduced body roll on fast layouts.

Due to limited stock availability, please notice that some Kyosho items may have to order from the factory and the ready time is around 4-6 weeks. Customer purchases the item is assumed to accept the waiting time which allows us to order directly from the manufacturer if the item is out of our warehouse.
Installation is straightforward: remove the stock rear plate, align the FRP plate with the mounting points and secure using the original screws. Check clearances and test with a short run before full setup changes.
Start with the medium plate to get a baseline. From there, move to soft if you need more front bite or to hard for better high speed stability.
FRP is durable but can show wear from repeated flex. Inspect mounting holes and edges regularly and replace a plate if you notice cracking or permanent deformation.
