Longer Wheelbase Upgrade for MA-020

The Kyosho MDW205B Wheelbase Extension Block fits the MA-020 chassis and increases the wheelbase to 98mm. That additional length makes the chassis compatible with LL-sized bodies and expands the range of body styles you can mount.

Fitment and Installation Notes

For AWD DWS arrangements you will need the optional spur gear set (No.MDW100-04) to complete the setup. Installation requires routine chassis disassembly and is accessible to hobbyists comfortable with basic maintenance.

This extension is handy when testing LL bodies on the MA-020, from low-profile racers to larger touring shells, providing a quick way to evaluate different body fits without heavy modification.

Do I need any extra parts to fit the MDW205B block?

If your car is set up as AWD DWS you should install the optional No.MDW100-04 spur gear set; plain 2WD builds often do not require it.
