Kyosho Inferno MP 7.5 in real-world racing
The Kyosho Inferno MP 7.5 Sports RTR showcases Kyosho quality in a 1/8-scale package made for serious off-road running. This buggy focuses on balanced performance, durability, and tuneability so both experienced racers and newcomers can enjoy competitive laps.
Powertrain and engine details
Power comes from the Kyosho GX21 engine, a dependable nitro motor with a pull-start and slide valve carburetor for straightforward use. The supplied tuned pipe and header help extract consistent power throughout the rev range while keeping setup simple.
Chassis layout and driveline
The MP 7.5 rides on a 3mm aluminum main chassis with an aluminum upper deck to maintain torsional stiffness during aggressive cornering. Shaft-driven 4WD delivers traction on loose surfaces, while the planetary-geared differential with ring and pinion gears refines handling and acceleration feel.
Suspension tuning and steering
Independent double wishbone suspension front and rear soaks up rough courses and maintains composure over jumps. Adjustable oil-filled blue aluminum shocks let you dial in damping for track conditions, and the bell-crank steering with a servo saver improves feedback and protects the servo from impacts.
Box-stock race readiness
Supplied as a ReadySet, the Kyosho Inferno MP 7.5 arrives pre-assembled with a painted shell, 10-spoke wheels, and medium compound rubber tyres. A high-torque steering servo and a 2-channel AM pistol grip radio are included to get you on the track quickly.
