Can I run the RSx3 One10 at 7.4V on a 1/10 touring car?

Yes. The servo is rated up to 7.4V. Make sure your receiver and ESC/BEC can handle that voltage and avoid prolonged stalls to protect the internals.

What maintenance keeps this servo running smoothly?

Regularly check the gear mesh and horn mounting, keep the bearings free of grit, and inspect the case for damage. Light cleaning and avoiding water intrusion extend service life.

Will the aluminium case help with long runs?

The aluminium top case and heat sink middle case aid heat dissipation, which helps during longer track sessions, but adequate airflow and avoiding continuous stall conditions are still important.
