Italeri 2796S 1/48 Alpha Jet A/E Kit Details

The Italeri 2796S 1/48 Alpha Jet A/E reproduces the Franco-German trainer with attention to the aircrafts swept-wing layout and twin SNECMA turbofan powerplants, capable of roughly 1,000 km/h. Developed by Dassault Aviation and Dornier, the Alpha Jet is well known for its roles as an advanced trainer and as a light attack platform.

This release uses the original ESCI molds to preserve fine surface detail and fit. The box contains super decals for three distinct liveries and a full colour instruction sheet to guide painting and assembly. The kit suits modellers comfortable with painting and decal work and makes a strong display model that reflects the Alpha Jets service history, including use by the Patrouille de France.
