The Italeri 2710S kit recreates the Macchi MB 326K Impala in 1/48 scale, capturing the trainer origins and the later ground attack role. First developed in the 1950s as a two-seat trainer, the MB 326K was adapted into a single-seat armed variant with an upgraded turbojet able to carry in excess of 1800 kg of ordnance, including bombs and rocket pods.
