Precision steering upgrade with a HUDY 293498 servo arm

The HUDY 293498 Aluminum Servo Horn brings a noticeable improvement in steering response for serious RC racers. Made from CNC-machined aluminum, this horn is much stiffer than stock composite pieces, cutting flex and letting the servo move the linkage with greater authority.

Fitment and setup advice

Fit the HUDY Aluminum Servo Horn with the servo spline clean and aligned to avoid binding. Use the two mounting positions to dial in toe and steering sensitivity based on track grip and driving style.

Remark :
Due to limited stock availability, please notice that some HUDY items may have to order from the factory and the ready time is around 8-12 weeks. Customer purchases the item is assumed to accept the waiting time which allows us to order directly from the manufacturer if the item is out of our warehouse.
It will work with other servos that use a 24T spline, but check spline count and D-shape fit before installing.
Switch between the two mounting holes to change linkage length and effective throw; small moves can significantly alter steering sensitivity.
Inspect the spline and mounting screw for wear, keep the horn free of grit, and recheck tightness after a few runs to prevent loosening.
