Accurate Droop Setup for Off-Road RCs

The HUDY 107783 droop gauge helps you set and verify suspension downtravel on 1/8 and 1/10 off-road models. It lets racers quickly measure droop without extra fixtures, so you can spend more time testing on the track.

Fast Trackside Droop Checks

Use the HUDY gauge by seating it on the shock nut at the shock tower and reading the distance to the screw center on the ruler. The simple procedure gives repeatable measurements to speed up setup changes between runs.

Robust CNC Construction

Machined from CNC aluminium with a hard-wearing black finish, the gauge has laser-etched scales on both faces for clear readings on left and right sides. The solid build resists wear even with frequent use.

Fits Most 1/8 and 1/10 Off-Road Cars

The tool is compatible with a wide range of buggies and truggies in 1/8 and 1/10 scales and is suitable for club racers who want consistent droop settings for better handling.

Remark :
Due to limited stock availability, please notice that some HUDY items may have to order from the factory and the ready time is around 8-12 weeks. Customer purchases the item is assumed to accept the waiting time which allows us to order directly from the manufacturer if the item is out of our warehouse.
The HUDY 107783 is aimed at off-road 1/8 and 1/10 rigs. It can work on some on-road cars, but mounting geometry may limit accuracy for low-profile touring setups.
You can measure with just the gauge, but making adjustments often requires basic tools like spanners or turnbuckle wrenches depending on your shock and linkage design.
Place the gauge on the same reference nut and use the laser-etched marks on each face to compare left and right readings, keeping the car on a level surface for best results.
