Precision Servicing for On-Road RC with HUDY 104003

The HUDY Air Vac is built for routine servicing of on-road RC components. This compact electric vacuum clears air bubbles from oil-filled shock absorbers and differentials, helping deliver steadier handling and predictable damping. Its powered operation speeds up bleed-and-fill tasks, making workshop and trackside prep quicker.

Adaptable Functionality

Beyond shock and diff work, the HUDY Air Vac doubles as a tyre additive penetrator to improve penetration into foam tyres and extend tread life. It accepts a 12V power supply or a 7.2V battery (battery not included), giving flexible power options depending on your pit setup.

Durable CNC Aluminum Build

Made from CNC-machined aircraft aluminum with a black wear-resistant coating, the HUDY Air Vac balances durability and low weight. The integrated work tray has four laser-engraved compartments to mark front, centre and rear differentials, plus machined holes to secure diff outdrives during service.

  • Material: CNC-machined aircraft aluminum

Customer purchases the item is assumed to accept the waiting time which allows us to order directly from the manufacturer if the item is out of our warehouse.
The unit is optimised for on-road layouts, but it can be adapted to off-road models that use oil-filled shocks and diffs. Check hose fitment and mounting before use.
Use a 12V power supply or a 7.2V battery pack as listed. The package does not include a power supply or battery, so plan for a compatible source.
Wipe the tray and fittings after each session, avoid harsh solvents on seals, and store the unit in a dry place to prevent corrosion.
