The Hobbywing XRotor 40A ESC, model number 30901014, is engineered to improve throttle feel and response on 550/650 class multirotors. Its firmware and preset configuration reduce setup time while still allowing timing adjustments for pilots who want to fine tune motor behavior.

Reduced Noise and Better Current Handling

The ESC uses a twisted-pair throttle signal cable to cut down on interference and stabilise signal integrity during flight. High quality MOSFETs give the unit very low internal resistance so it can handle higher currents without thermal loss or throttling.

Flight Controller Compatibility and Signal Support

Designed to integrate with a broad range of flight controllers, the XRotor 40A supports throttle signal frequencies up to 621Hz and is suited to common 550/650 class multirotor setups.
