The Sepecat Jaguar began as a joint British and French effort in the 1960s to produce a versatile close support aircraft and trainer. Over its service life the Jaguar matured into a capable attack and training platform used by several air arms.
The Jaguar E variant stands out with its lengthened nose section that houses a second cockpit for an instructor, plus simplified avionics and a fixed probe on the radome which set it apart from the Type A.
This Hobby Boss 1/72 kit reproduces the Jaguar E faithfully. With over 110 parts including three clear pieces, the assembly offers plenty of detail for painting and weathering. The finished model measures 234.8 mm in length with a 122.6 mm wingspan, giving accurate scale presence for display or diorama work.
