1/72 German Rail Transporter for Karl-Geraet - Hobby Boss 82906  [HB-82906]

In October 1939, work began on designs for loading the Geraet 040 for train transport. Due to the high fat and great size, it had been necessary to transport this self-propelled gun supported by traversing pedestals setup on two five-axle train carriages. Supporting hands, from the Geraet 040, is at reality lifted by massive hydraulic cylinders to suspend the self-propelled unit between train carriages.
