This is actually the Futaba BLS371SV high Voltage Programmable Servo
for Glow Powered Cars.

  Optimized to be utilized with a radiance driven RC automobile
  Futaba S.BUS2 system is connected with a pc using the CIU-2 USB
  adapter Computer system (not included provided separately, FUTM0951) to
  change different running characteristics
