Compact Control for RC Cars

The Futaba 3PRKA_C1 is a 3-channel 2.4GHz FHSS transmitter aimed at newcomers and club drivers who want dependable control. It pairs with the R203GF high-voltage receiver (4.8V-7.4V) to work with a wide selection of car setups. The transmitter includes practical adjustments such as Throttle and Steering Trim, Throttle End Point Adjustment and a Throttle Fail Safe so you can fine-tune response on the track or street. Note that this radio does not work with FASST systems.

Essential Control Features

  • Throttle and Steering Trim: Adjust small steering or idle offsets for neutral handling.
  • Throttle End Point Adjustment: Set throttle travel limits to match motor and ESC preferences.
  • Throttle/Steering Reverse: Swap directions quickly when changing gear or servo orientation.
  • Channel Three Switch: Add lights, a simple auxiliary function, or other accessories.
  • Throttle Fail Safe: Ensures the throttle moves to a safe position if signal is lost.
The Futaba 3PRKA_C1 works with FHSS receivers like the R203GF. It will not bind to FASST protocol receivers, so check receiver compatibility before pairing.
The R203GF accepts 4.8V to 7.4V input, allowing use with standard NiMH packs or single-cell LiPo setups that match that voltage range.
With the model powered and bound, move the transmitter away or turn it off to confirm the receiver sets throttle to the preset safe position. Make adjustments in the transmitter if needed.
