Will this fit the stock Axial Yeti XL without modification?

This part is made for the Axial Yeti XL and installs in place of the stock front case. Minor gearbox disassembly is required, but no major chassis modification should be needed.

Is any extra maintenance required after fitting the aluminum case?

After installation check gear mesh and diff fluid or grease as you would with the stock case. Periodic inspection for fastener tightness is recommended when running in hard conditions.
