Yokomo Y2-304SA Aluminum Mount for Improved Motor Cooling

The Yokomo Y2-304SA is an aluminum motor mount made for the YD-2S chassis family. Its machined heatsink-style body helps pull heat away from the motor during aggressive drifting, so temperatures stay lower and performance remains consistent through long sessions.

Fine Center of Gravity Adjustment

This motor mount provides precise control over weight distribution with seven selectable motor positions. Moving the motor fore or aft lets you dial in the car's center of gravity to suit different tracks and driving styles without major chassis changes.

Fan Mount Included for Extra Cooling

The package includes a dedicated stay that fits a 30mm square cooling fan. Installing a fan, sold separately, boosts airflow across the mount and offers extra protection against overheating on extended runs.

Remark :
Due to limited stock availability, please notice that some Yokomo items may have to order from the factory and the ready time is around 4-6 weeks. Customer purchases the item is assumed to accept the waiting time which allows us to order directly from the manufacturer if the item is out of our warehouse.
The mount is engineered for the YD-2S series and the variants listed above; fitting other chassis may require modification and is not guaranteed.
A 30mm fan increases airflow across the heatsink and reduces temperature spikes, which helps during long drift runs. Cooling gains depend on motor power and duty cycle.
Move the motor in small steps and test the car after each change to balance traction and steering. Check pinion-mesh and clearance after repositioning to avoid gear wear.
