Fine-tune Rear Weight with Yokomo Y2-301EBA

The Yokomo Y2-301EBA brass rear suspension mount is a precision upgrade made for the YD-2 series. Machined from solid brass, this mount increases rear-end weight to boost traction during acceleration while retaining responsive handling. The lower effective center of gravity helps the car drive out of corners with more confidence.

Rear Grip and On-Track Stability

The added rear load improves contact patch stability under power. The mount weighs 16.5g, approximately 11.5g more than the aluminum version, which helps keep the rear planted for smoother corner exits and more consistent lap times.

Adjustable Fit for Racing Setups

Built as an E size rear mount, it is intended for rear installation and offers suspension pin spacing from 60.8mm to 64.0mm. That adjustability lets racers fine tune roll center and rear balance to suit different tracks and driving styles.

Remark :
Due to limited stock availability, please notice that some Yokomo items may have to order from the factory and the ready time is around 4-6 weeks. Customer purchases the item is assumed to accept the waiting time which allows us to order directly from the manufacturer if the item is out of our warehouse.
The mount is made for the YD-2 series as an E size rear suspension mount. It fits standard rear mounting points but you should verify your chassis layout and hardware to ensure compatibility.
Adding 16.5g to the rear increases traction under acceleration and stabilizes corner exits, though it can slightly reduce mid-corner rotation. Drivers often adjust toe, sway bar or diff settings to balance the change.
Start with your usual rear springs and check diff preload; you may soften rear springs or tune the rear anti-roll bar to restore desired rotation. Also secure mounting screws with threadlocker and inspect for any play after initial runs.
