The pack contains two shock caps, which is enough for one axle on most 1/10 scale cars.

Can I fit this cap to other Yokomo shock bodies?

It is made for the SO/MO2.0 chassis series and may not seat correctly on unrelated shock bodies without modification.

What is the best way to use the drain screw during setup?

Open the drain screw before removing the shock from the car to bleed excess oil, then close it while refilling to avoid spills.
